Commissioned by a primary supplier to Heathrow Airport, we were tasked with developing and delivering a batch of custom Flight Information Displays for Terminal 3. Working from initial designs, we created detailed 3D manufacturing files for all sheet metal components and managed the full production process — including fabrication, pretreatment, powder coating, and final assembly — through to delivery.
